Welcome Home!

This home is located in The Courthouse Estates, Highland Village, walking distance to neighborhood elementary school, North Landing.
It is beautifully landscaped with lots of mature trees and shrubs in both the front and backyard.
It has a covered front porch to sit and relax while the kids play on this child friendly block.
Come on in and take a look around!

We'll begin our tour upstairs....

The entry of this house has beautiful hardwood floors leading directly to the carpeted stairway.
This is the hallway and upstairs landing that overlooks the two story entryway.
Besides the two bathrooms, the entire upstairs has this neutral carpet.

Master Bedroom and Bath

Beautiful and bright master bedroom with cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan. All bedrooms upstairs have white 2 inch plantation blinds.

Newly remodeled bath includes beautiful espresso finished vanity with seamless countertop and brushed nickel faucet. There is lots of storage for him and her.

Living Room


Back downstairs.....The living room is situated directly to your right as you enter through the front door. The hardwood floors continue through the living room.
This is another view of the living room looking out into the front yard. The windows are dressed with beautiful espresso bamboo roman shades and flax linen curtain panels.
